Mr. Sim was previously Head of Corporate Technology at Hanwha Solutions Corporation, as well as Head of Polysilicon Plant Unit and Head of Corporate Strategy and Planning Department.

Jeff Catlin

Mr. Catlin joined the organization in 2024.

Education:
Mr. Catlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Career:
Prior to REC Silicon, Mr. Catlin held progressive leadership positions with Merck KGaA, including GM of Patterning Business, Head of Sales Operations and Processes, and Head of Product Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with positions in ATMI, Tokyo Electron, and Intel Corp.

James Bowen

General Counsel & Corp. Sec.

James Bowen

Mr. Bowen joined the organization in 2013.

Education:
Mr. Bowen holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, and obtained his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Career:
Mr. Bowen worked previously as in-house counsel in the biofuels and geothermal power industries for Abengoa Bioenergy and Gradient Resources. Prior to going in-house, Mr. Bowen worked at two national law firms focusing his practice on corporate and project work in the renewable energy space.

Ms. Park was educated at Korea University and Sungkyunkwan University.

Career:
Ms. Park was previously Head of Human Resources at QCELLS of Hanwha Solutions Corporation, as well as HRD Director of Global HRD and International Cooperation, Ministry of Personnel Management, South Korea.

Mr. Sutton joined the organization in 1991.

Career:
Mr. Sutton has held progressive operational and managerial positions in manufacturing, quality, and commercial throughout his career with REC Silicon. His focus during the past ten years in the Commercial group has been product management, sales, and planning.

DeeAnna Worley

DeeAnna Worley

Ms. Worley joined the organization in 1998.

Education:
Ms. Worley holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Hygiene and a Bachelors Degree in OSHA from Montana Tech.

Career:
Ms. Worley was previously the HSE Manager of the REC Silicon Butte facility, and prior to REC Silicon, Ms. Worley worked for Morrison Knudsen Corporation based out of Boise, Idaho.
