Mr. Bowen worked previously as in-house counsel in the biofuels and geothermal power industries for Abengoa Bioenergy and Gradient Resources. Prior to going in-house, Mr. Bowen worked at two national law firms focusing his practice on corporate and project work in the renewable energy space.
